Bad luck seems to be not letting Japan to go away. A day after the massive earthquake and tsunami hit the northern part of the country, there was a massive explosion at the nuclear power station on Saturday. The explosion seemed to have destroyed a big building where the reactor was placed.
Huge waves generated from the yesterday’s tsunami in Japan have hit the coastline of California on Friday morning. Panic spread among the visitors as boats standing there got capsized and docks got splintered. Seaside spectators from Eureka to Santa Cruz started running to a higher ground.
The massive 8.9 scale earthquake in Japan has triggered off tsunami warnings in at least 20 countries of the world, including the USA. The tsunami with 10 meters high waves has already hit the Japan coast, killing many people.
A massive earthquake of the magnitude of 8.9 on rector scale has hit the east coast of Japan, creating massive damages in the cities and places along the coastal areas. Though the authorities have reported only fifty deaths till now, but the toll of dead and casualties are expected to increase in the coming days.
