The upcoming December 7, 2012 polls at Ghana are showing great promises from all contending parties taking part in Ghana election. Education is the prime area which is being highlighted by each political party. As per experts the parties are talking about all this highlighted areas in order to make a try to win the hearts of the people of Ghana by making all these bright promises.
Some parties are there which are making the promise to make a total transformation in the education system by making the basic level of education both compulsory and free. Some parties are trying more hard and giving the promises to the people of Ghana, that Senior High Schools education will also be made free for the children of Ghana. But whether these promises will be implemented or not by the parties after winning the election is a bid question. We need to wait to see what happens next.
Education is a major issue in all part of the world. But instead of making false promises, the parties should take some substantive measures.
