Regular exercise can reduce the fat content in the body. It is a good idea to maintain a proper diet and increase the amount of exercise. An exercise camp was conducted and the participants were divided into two categories of sluggish men depending on their ages. The first group consisted of men with age group of 20 and the second group had men at their 60’s. When these men were monitored the results proved that exercise and fat are dependable i.e., a less exercised body had more fat content.
The reports proved that the government norms about the percentage of calorie intake do not match with the percent of energy required by the body.
As per the government reports about 2400 calories were burned by older men but the actual figure on daily basis was 2800 calories.
According to the experts, people who are eager to lose weight should definitely increase their physical activity. People must burn their calories as much as possible. You can follow simple steps in order to achieve these things. A good way is to move around instead of continuously sitting at one place , ban the usage of elevators and walk over the steps etc., Moving around in the houses or office in free time burns more calories as compared to an half-hour exercise at gym.

So the intake of food and exercise are inter-dependable. As less intake and rigorous exercise plan will result in fatigue, more intake and less exercise will see an increase in weight. So to keep one self fit and lose weight it is a good idea to maintain a balanced life with ample exercise.
